What is high BP (hypertension)?
Ever feel dizzy when you stand up too quickly? You might be experiencing low blood pressure, also known as hypotension. It’s when your blood pressure drops below 90/60 mmHg.
While high BP gets all the attention, low BP can sneak up on you too! Symptoms can include dizziness, fainting, blurred vision, or even fatigue.
But don’t panic—sometimes it’s just from dehydration, skipping meals, or standing up too fast.
In more serious cases, it could be linked to conditions like heart problems or hormone issues.
So, if you’re feeling off, drink some water, have a snack, and take it easy. Low BP might be trying to slow you down!
