On NCCT -white/ hyperintense area is seen
Mcc- hypertension
Mc site – putamen
Contraindications -we don’t do thrombolysis.
management – B.P control
-triple H therapy
( Hemodilution, hypervolemia, hypertension control)
Non Hemorrhagic/ ischemic stroke–
Management – thrombolysis is done if there’s no contraindications
