Which type of exercise may lower your blood pressure the most?
This was an interesting study and fun video to do. But, I’m not sure that this type of exercise is necessarily better than other types of exercises.
I still believe any exercise is a great exercise.
Isometric exercises are tightening and holding of specific groups of muscles. What isometric exercises do you like to do?
These results may not be applicable to everyone or give us the final answer because
-It was a systematic review, not a randomized controlled trial
-There are so many variables that may not be accounted for
Isometric exercises include wall squats, planks, squat holds, and many others. I’ll talk about the proposed mechanism in a future video.
