There are three main types of stroke. The most common is ischemic stroke, which happens when a blood clot blocks a vessel in the brain. Then, there’s hemorrhagic stroke, caused by a burst blood vessel, leading to internal bleeding. Finally, we have transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), often called a mini-stroke, which is a temporary blockage that serves as a warning sign for future strokes.
