After suffering from a bout of Bacterial Pneumonia
In Arizona, discharged, from Banner Health, Casa Grande Arizona.
Flew from Phoenix AZ to Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale FL Airport, feeling ill
on the aircraft and needing oxygen assistance on flight, arranged for
emergency transport by Broward Sheriff’s Dept. Rescue Squad,
then admitted to Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
Moved to North Shore Hospital in Miami to recover from Covid 19.
Re-admitted to Broward General, suffered from an Ischemic Stroke,
then transferred to and Admitted to St Catherine’s Rehabilitation
Hospital, Miami, FL
underwent Speech, Physical and Occupational therapies,
self-discharged on January 3rd, 2022…
